Marie Antoinette with Her Children, Art Page for all ages for coloring
I created a drawing of Marie Antoinette from the lovely classical portrait by female artist, Élisabeth Louise Vigée Le Brun, 1787. This was two years before the French Revolution. The empty crib reminds us that Marie Antoinette has recently lost a baby shortly after his birth. She is married to Louis XVI, King of France.
This is an new series of coloring pages for me, featuring women in history.
This is a printable coloring page designed by Jane M. Mason. It is part of her "Pages-without-Ages" collection of coloring pages.
